The company offers in-house training and on the job coaching, mentoring and supervision. Each member of the team is trained in first aid and child protection. We work in partnership with parents and other professionals to evaluate and improve our provision, keeping up to date with research and policy. Our policies are robust and produced by our leadership team. We have clear whistle blowing procedures and disciplinary actions are taken for breach of statutory policies. Practice is also monitored and supported by peer observations, CCTV, annual appraisals and an staff development opportunities offered by our associated training company.
